The menu is built around brows, lashes, nails, one facial and waxing. Lash work makes up the largest section, with classic and volume full sets, refills at two or three weeks, UV-cured options, full removal, and foreign fills for lashes started by another technician, which must be booked alongside the matching refill. An after-hours add-on for lashes is available only when the lash technician confirms it in advance.
Packages combine several services at a lower total than booking them one at a time. The Wake Up and Go package pairs a full lash set with a brow wax and tint, and the lash and refill packages include a set of refills, with the sixth refill free on the larger refill packages. Package credits apply automatically at checkout when booked from the services page.
The studio also offers training. A three-day eyelash course covers current techniques, trends and hands-on practice, and a shorter Refined Techniques course is available for lash technicians who are already certified, with an online option.
Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice. Same-day cancellations, reschedules and no-call no-shows carry a fee of 50 percent of the scheduled service, charged to the card on file. Without a card on file, a secured invoice link is sent and the fee must be paid before a new appointment can be booked.
