New clients are asked to book a 20-minute consultation for $15 before any chemical service, extension or weave. A $10 deposit is required for that consultation. Open hours are Tuesday and Wednesday from 4 to 8 PM, Thursday and Friday from 4 to 9 PM, and Saturday from 8 AM to 3 PM, with the studio closed on Sunday and Monday.

Extension work is a major part of the menu. Options include I-Tips, K-Tips, the weft bead method, sew-in weaves and a less invasive glue-in weave that braids the hair down and can be done on short hair. According to the salon, weft and I-Tips extensions can last four to six months with maintenance every four to six weeks. Extension maintenance is also offered separately.

Booking terms are set out clearly. Appointments canceled within 24 hours are charged a 30% fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000, and customers must be approved before their appointment.

The studio starts new clients with a consultation before chemical services and extensions, and several services carry a deposit for first-time clients.
