The salon describes itself as one of the city's established beauty landmarks and as high-concept and atmospheric. Hours are Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The salon serves men, women and industry clients. Services range from cuts, barbering and kids' cuts to base and all-over color, highlights, balayage, toner and cellophane. Specialty treatments include perms, Ice Collagen 3M, Monay Cryo 4M, hair extensions and add-ons such as Wellaplex and drench or penetrate treatments. Makeup consultations and personal makeup lessons are offered with or without hair services, and gel color pedicures, waxing and eyelash application are also available. Industry-level, on-location and event bookings are arranged by contacting the salon director or event coordinator.

The Full Service Colour Lab handles shade transformation, including complete lightening and experimental color, and the salon calls it world-famous. The salon is a Certified Dyson Technology Partner, a Sebastian flagship salon, and uses eco-friendly professional products from Sebastian Pro, Davines and Dermalogica. A Worldgate Jewelry flagship showcase at the front of the salon sells couture and custom jewelry selected by Diva Poulos, available only at the salon.

Stylists are licensed cosmetologists at several levels: Designers are starting their certification and handle basic styling and base color after approval, Master Designers are certified for some services, and Directors are fully certified to perform all services. Any member of the style team can be booked. Gift cards and gift bookings for retreat services are available. Private changing rooms, storage and a tea and coffee bar are on site. Salon buyouts require a $250 deposit and a seven-day cancellation policy. Cancellations need 48 hours' notice, and missed appointments are charged half the scheduled price. Online requests are confirmed within 24 hours, but a requested time is not guaranteed. Credit card payments carry a 3% fee, while debit has none. Validated parking at One Market Parking is discounted by $20 when two hair services are booked in advance, excluding retreat services.
