Options range from a glaze or gloss-and-toner service to root retouches, all-over color, and dimensional color with root melt, gloss and K18 treatment. Dimensional services include one or two bowls of lightener at no charge, with extra bowls at $20 each. Cut consultations, color consultations and extension consultations are all free, so clients can talk through their goals before booking.

Hair extensions are offered through sew-in application, maintenance and removal, and a mini sew-in for added thickness. Extensions use Bellami Professional Hair, described as ethically sourced, 100% cuticle-intact Remy hair. New extension clients need a consultation before booking, and the salon recommends maintenance every six to eight weeks. A hair deposit is collected at the extensions consultation and is non-refundable.

Other services include a customized cut and blow dry, a dry bang trim, blow dry and hot-tool styling, a metal detox treatment, a deep conditioning treatment with blow dry, Botox and keratin treatments. The keratin treatment is described as smoothing the cuticle; the salon notes it will not remove curls or straighten hair completely.

Booking is by appointment, and a credit card is required to hold one. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours notice; late cancellations and no-shows carry a charge of 50% of the service amount, and arriving 20 or more minutes late counts as a no-show. Each client gets one grace appointment per year for last-minute cancellations or no-shows. If the salon cancels with less than 24 hours notice, the client receives 50% off the next identical service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom value, and they are final sale. The salon lists house calls as an option and is open Wednesday to Friday 9:30 AM to 6 PM and Saturday 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
