The spa says client needs come first and that health and safety are never compromised. Its approach is precautionary, using solutions it describes as safe and tested. The team takes time to get to know each client and works with them to choose a treatment that fits their concern.

Massage is the largest part of the menu, with deep tissue, Swedish-style hot stone, cupping, myofascial trigger point work, gua sha, sports massage, pregnancy massage, Thai yoga massage, sound and energetic healing, and a couples option. Most massages are offered in one-hour and ninety-minute sessions, and deep tissue is also available in thirty-minute and two-hour lengths.

Facials include coconut papaya, lemon zest enzyme, passionfruit, pomegranate, dermaplaning and microdermabrasion. Products used in facials include a green tea cleanser, a citrus-C nourishing cream, an acai berry moisturizer and SPF 50. The passionfruit facial is not recommended for rosacea or sensitive skin and is designed as a series of six treatments spaced a week apart.

Acupuncture is offered as a one-hour or ninety-minute session, with a longer initial evaluation session. The spa describes its acupuncture for stress, anxiety, depression and trauma as classical acupuncture balancing combined with mindfulness, and says it can help relieve muscle soreness and pain. Reiki is offered alongside massage in one-hour and ninety-minute sessions.

Booking and policies: guests should arrive at least ten minutes early. Cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead are free; same-day cancellations are charged half the service price, and no-shows or unreported cancellations are charged the full price. Couples massage is available only on Fridays and Saturdays and must be booked a week in advance. Gift cards in set amounts or custom amounts are sold as eGift cards, and expire twelve months after purchase. There is no referral program.
