A visit usually starts with a consultation or skin analysis so that treatments can be tailored to each client's skin. Custom facials are built around a client's skin condition and long-term goals rather than a fixed menu, and protocols are adjusted as the skin builds tolerance. A typical custom facial includes a deep cleanse, gentle exfoliation, targeted vitamin treatments, facial massage and finishing serums with SPF.

Laser hair removal is performed on a Splendor X system, which uses two lasers at the same time and is said to suit light and dark skin and fine or thick hair. Pricing depends on the size of the area, from small areas at $85 up to extra large areas at $325. Typical courses run four to six sessions, followed by one to two maintenance sessions a year, spaced every 4 to 6 weeks for the face and 6 to 8 weeks for the body. The studio describes itself as Boston's exclusive laser hair removal and HydraFacial club.

HydraFacial treatments include the Glow and Go Facial and the Platinum Lift and Glow Facial, which adds lymphatic drainage. Sessions take 30 to 90 minutes and have no downtime. Brow services include threading, lamination, henna and tint options, and a Signature Brow Trio that combines lamination, shaping and tinting in one visit.

Booking requires a credit card. Cancellations or changes with less than 24 hours' notice are charged half the service cost or one package session, and clients are asked to arrive at least 10 minutes early. Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and children under 12 may not come to appointments.
