Services are by appointment only. A consultation covers the look a client wants, the steps and time involved, the budget and how to keep the result up afterward. Haircuts and blow dries are priced by hair length and density, and color is priced by standard quantities and stylist experience level, with additional color charged as an up-charge. Services include complimentary hand and scalp massages and a choice of beverage.
Booking requires a valid credit card. Cancellations need 24 hours notice; later cancellations are charged 50% of booked services, and no-shows are charged 100%. Clients who arrive 15 minutes late may be rescheduled with a different provider. Redos are free when they are booked within two weeks of the original service, within 72 hours of it, and with the same stylist unless an exception is made.
Payment can be made in cash or with the major cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Personal checks are turned away, and card purchases do not come with any cash back. Tips are not built into the listed fees. Pricing follows a level system, so quoted figures are starting prices and a given stylist may charge more. Products can be exchanged or taken as store credit within 30 days of purchase, while styling tools and makeup are sold as final sale. Because of Florida state law, animals are barred from the premises. Children may not be left unsupervised; those aged 12 or older who can sit quietly may wait in the seating area.
