A visit starts with a one-on-one consultation, and pricing is laid out and shared before any service begins. Consultations for Japanese Hair Straightening can be held in person or over FaceTime. Clients with extensive color, highlights or previous damage may still need an in-person visit first.

Japanese Hair Straightening is a permanent process that restructures the hair's bonds using heat and a retexturizing product, through the Liscio system. A typical treatment runs three to five hours, and the look can be tailored from sleek to softer and more natural. The straightened hair stays in place, so only new growth needs retouching, and most clients return for touch-ups every six to eight months. Wavy or curly hair is the best fit for the service, and heavily bleached hair may not be suitable.

Beyond straightening, the salon offers Nero Hair Straightening, a permanent smoothing service with bond multipliers, split-end repair and deep conditioning, as well as a semi-permanent Keratin Treatment and the ProAddiction system. Cancellations need 72 hours' notice, and late arrivals may be adjusted or rescheduled.

Consultation comes first, with services customized to each client's hair type and goals, using a formaldehyde-free straightening system.
