Cuts, blowouts, extension installation and removal, and smoothing or moisture treatments are also available.

Each color service includes a bonding treatment, toner and a blow dry where noted. Partial and full highlights and balayage start at set prices and include one or two bowls of lightener, with an additional $15 per extra bowl. Face framing highlights lighten only the hair around the front of the face and hairline. Lived-in color is a low-maintenance option for clients with highlights who are growing back toward their natural shade, and it has a 180-minute minimum.

Appointments begin with a conversation about the client's hair, lifestyle and goals. The stylist sets realistic expectations for each visit, prioritizes the health of the hair, and explains how to care for and maintain the results afterward. Tape-in extensions require a consultation before booking, and the stylist charges $120 per pack of extensions.

Booking requires a credit card. The card is charged only for a no-show, which costs 50% of the booked service, or for a cancellation made with less than 24 hours' notice, which costs 30% of the booked service. The cancellation policy is strict and charges are non-refundable. Gift card sales are final. The studio is open Monday through Thursday from 11 AM to 7 PM and Friday from 11 AM to 5 PM, and is closed on weekends.

Each appointment starts with the client's hair, lifestyle and goals, with an emphasis on keeping the hair healthy and setting realistic expectations.
