Cuts and color are planned around each client's hair. Clients are told what will be done during the visit and how to maintain the result at home. Before booking, clients send a front and back photo, and the final price is confirmed with them ahead of the appointment. Some services are priced by hair length, from short to below hips, and an additional charge may apply for exceptionally thick hair or hair below hips.

Cut and styling services start with a Signature Haircut from $68, which includes shampoo and blowout, and a Shampoo & Blowout from $58. Color runs from a Toner Refresh starting at $138 and All-Over Color starting at $178 through foil highlights, balayage starting at $398, full bleach and tone starting at $448, and color correction, which is quoted at about 8 hours. Treatments include Glassy Hair, a clear glaze starting at $138, a Scalp Reset Ritual starting at $138, a Deep Repair Treatment starting at $138, and a Keratin Smoothing Treatment starting at $288. A seasonal Holiday Glow from $188 combines a Signature Haircut with Glassy Hair and a blowout.

Memberships are offered in a Signature tier and a VIP tier. Both include two Signature Haircuts, a Shampoo & Styling and a treatment, and the VIP tier adds a Personal Color Analysis trial session. Benefits are valid for 12 months from purchase, do not roll over, and cannot be transferred from the original purchaser.
