Cuts range from a short consultation and dry cuts for returning clients to full-service new client appointments, kids' cuts for ages 5 to 10, men's curly cuts for hair above shoulder length, and transitioning and big chop services. Color options run from toners and gray coverage to single process color, highlift work and vivid fantasy colors. Highlights require an in-person consultation, and returning highlight clients can text photos and their last service details to book a touch-up.
Appointments are booked online, and the schedule opens every 30 days on a first come, first served basis. Every booking requires a non-refundable deposit. Cancellations and no-shows within 48 hours of the appointment carry a 50% fee, while rescheduling with at least 48 hours notice has no fee. Clients should arrive on time and wait in the lobby until called. Only one guest may accompany a client, and children may attend only if they can be watched elsewhere. Clients who arrive with hair in a bun, clip or anything other than a wash n go pay an extra $20 for restyling.
Services are non-refundable, and opened or used products cannot be returned. The salon states it guarantees customer satisfaction and asks that any concerns be raised within one week of the appointment. Contact is by email or text only, and messages are answered on Tuesdays and Wednesdays; calls and direct messages are not taken.
