Cutting and styling covers standard haircuts from $38, men's cuts from $28 that include trimming below the chin and along the back of the neck, and buzz cuts or fades. Bang trims start at $15 and are done without a wash when booked alone. Blowouts start at $28, luxury blowouts at $40, flat iron work and curls at $25, updos at $58, curly cuts and silk presses at $75. Stylists are skilled in barber cuts. The Brazilian Blowout is offered in four options that use amino acids rather than keratin. Original takes about 80 minutes, lasts up to 12 weeks and starts at $265. Express takes about 60 minutes, lasts up to 4 weeks and starts at $125. Rewind takes about 20 minutes, can be added to Original or Express, and starts at $55. Split End Correction takes about 10 minutes, seals split ends for up to 4 weeks and starts at $35. Brazilian Blowout services can be done the same day as a color or cut, and the salon says all of its stylists are certified in the treatment.

The salon sorts its stylists into four levels. Level 1 stylists are newer to the salon and charge lower rates for standard services. Level 2 stylists have learned additional techniques and can advise on new styles or treatments. Level 3 stylists generally have over 10 years in the field, and Level 4 stylists have a minimum of 15 years in the industry. A few services are available only from stylists at certain levels. The salon is open daily from 8 AM to 9 PM, though individual stylists' hours differ.
