About

Destination Beauty Med Spa is in Framingham and has been operating for more than 10 years. Its founder, Dr. Sanjeev Sharma, serves as Chief of Surgery and medical director, and the business describes itself as one of the leading aesthetic procedure and surgery providers in MetroWest.

The menu is organized into five groups: surgical procedures, injectables and fillers, lasers and IPL, aesthetic services, and facials and peels. Injectable options include Botox Cosmetic and a range of dermal fillers used for wrinkles, laugh lines, brow lines and other facial lines. Laser options include a CO2 laser, a Palomar laser, a Gemini laser and the Viora system.

Facial treatments include Deep Cleansing, Hydrating Collagen, Acne Soothing, Mini facials, a Teen facial for teens and young adults prone to acne, and a Gentleman's facial that addresses ingrown facial hair and razor irritation. Chemical peels and microdermabrasion are also offered, along with a Reiki facial.

Surgical procedures listed include SmartLipo, breast augmentation, Avelar, dermatolipectomy, a mini tummy tuck, fat transfer, Brazilian and thread lifts, buttock lift, face and neck procedures, and labiaplasty. Liposuction can be done with SmartLipo, PAL (pressure assisted lipo) or tumescent lipo, alone or combined, and is performed awake under local anesthetic.

The business says treatment plans are built around each client's concerns, questions and goals. Botox parties are also available, in which a host invites guests to a home or workplace and receives a gift; the spa manager arranges these. Laser hair removal pricing depends on the area treated rather than hair thickness and is set at the consultation, and package prices are offered for multiple areas.

The business says it believes in aesthetic treatment that enhances natural beauty, and it builds each plan around the client's own concerns and goals.

The business describes its facility as pairing a luxurious feel with safety and medical advances.
