Treatments take place in fully private rooms, in a calm, modern space where each plan is customized. Injectable services include Botox, Dysport, and dermal fillers, along with Sculptra, collagen restoration therapies, and IV wellness. Skin work covers spa facials, chemical peels and peel packages, microneedling, and a range of skin care.

Brow, lash, and permanent makeup services include lash extensions, microblading, and lip blush. Private parties are also offered. The salon carries medical grade products and merchandise, and accepts HSA and FSA payments.

Salt & Sage offers two monthly memberships. Rejuvenate costs $99 a month and covers either one facial or one lash lift and tint each month, plus a $120 credit toward Botox or Dysport, a $120 credit toward lash extensions, and 10% off products, peel packages and merchandise. VIP costs $199 a month and includes one premium benefit each month, a $250 credit toward Botox or Dysport, a $250 credit toward a full syringe of dermal filler twice a year, and a $250 credit toward an initial permanent makeup service twice a year, along with 15% off products, peel packages and merchandise. Monthly benefits do not carry over under either membership.

Booking policies ask for 24 to 48 hours notice for changes. Late cancellations incur a 50% fee and missed appointments a 100% fee. Botox and filler appointments carry a $200 no-show fee. Arrivals 10 or more minutes late may be rescheduled. All fees are non-refundable.
