The business treats skincare as a gradual process rather than an aggressive one, guided by holistic principles of natural aesthetics. Products are natural, cruelty free, plant based, GMO free and toxin free. Customized facials begin with a detailed skin analysis, and extractions are included in facial services. Microneedling treatments are not governed by the State Board of Cosmetology.

New clients complete a guest form before their first service, and clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early. Appointments can be booked by phone call or text, or online, and a credit card is taken at booking to hold the time. Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice; same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged up to 50% of the total service cost. Gift cards are available on request.
