The LynchPin Alchemist was founded by Kirstin Lynch, a licensed aesthetician who runs the practice herself. Rather than a fixed studio, the practice travels to the client's home or chosen location, so a visit happens in a space the client already knows.

Facials are built around the individual. The Alchemy Facial includes a skin analysis, exfoliation, a customized mask, facial massage and arm and hand massage, and dermaplaning can be combined with it. Younger clients have their own options: a mild facial for ages 9 to 11 with soft cleansing, light exfoliation, a soothing mask and basic skin-care teaching, and a facial for ages 12 to 17 that includes cleansing, exfoliation, extractions when appropriate, a calming mask and home-care routine teaching.

Other treatments include a diamond-tip microdermabrasion facial, a PCA chemical peel that the practice describes as professional-grade, and buccal massage, which works the jaw and cheek muscles from inside the mouth with gloves used throughout. Clients who have jaw or dental concerns are asked to mention them before booking buccal massage. For groups, The Alchemist Event Experience is an at-home spa party with supplies brought to the client's space and packages arranged by call or email.

Bookings are made online, and a valid card must be saved to the account to reserve an appointment. Changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Changes made later carry a fee of 50 percent of the service price, and a missed appointment without notice is charged the full booked service. Clients who have two or more late cancellations or no-shows could be asked to pay in advance for future visits. The practice decides case by case whether to make exceptions for emergencies. Open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 2 PM; closed Sundays.

The practice comes to the client and tailors each treatment to the skin, with a virtual consult available beforehand for personalized routine and product suggestions.
