The studio says it does not use factory presets or one-setting protocols. Instead, wavelength, fluence, pulse duration and cooling level are set for each client based on their skin and hair. Its Candela system uses Dynamic Cooling Device cryogen cooling before each pulse. The studio describes the equipment as FDA-approved, medical-grade technology and says the Candela GentleMax Pro is considered safe and effective for darker skin tones, and that sensitive skin can be treated when settings are adjusted.

Most clients need six to ten laser sessions, depending on hair thickness and the area treated. Packages of three sessions save 15 percent and packages of six save 25 percent; packages are prepaid and non-refundable, and sessions are scheduled separately. Before a session, clients shave the area 24 hours ahead and avoid waxing or plucking. Very light or blonde hair typically responds only minimally to any laser, and the studio will say in advance if laser hair removal is unlikely to work for a client or an area.

Brow and lash services are priced by treatment. Brows can be shaped with wax or tweezers, tinted, or laminated, a semi-permanent treatment that smooths and straightens brow hairs. Lashes can be tinted or given a lift with tint, which is also semi-permanent. The YAG facial uses a Nd:YAG laser to address skin firmness and texture; a series of three is recommended, spaced three to four weeks apart, and pricing varies.

Settings are adjusted for each client based on skin and hair rather than using default presets, with the studio's Candela systems used for laser hair removal.
