Lash extensions come in classic, hybrid, light volume, full volume and mega sets. Classic sets place one extension on each natural lash, while volume sets fan several lightweight extensions onto each natural lash for more fullness. Mega sets are the most dramatic option, built for a darker lash line and maximum density. Extension lengths run from 4mm to 16mm, with several curls and thicknesses to choose from.

The Korean lash lift applies a hybrid of Cysteamine and TGA from root to tip, which lets the lift shape the curl's direction and angle. The formula processes in 5 to 10 minutes depending on lash type, and an appointment runs 60 to 75 minutes. Lash tint can be added for about 15 more minutes. Afterward, lashes should stay dry for 24 hours and avoid oil-based products near the eyes, and no mascara is needed. The salon recommends a relift about every 8 weeks, with an optional tint refresh every 4 weeks. The traditional lift uses a silicone rod and a two-step cream instead, and the salon also offers it with tint.

A visit starts with a complimentary consultation, and eye makeup is removed before services. Each service is tailored to the client. New lash sets include a one-week complimentary follow-up and an aftercare kit, and the salon says satisfaction is guaranteed. Clients with sensitive eyes or past reactions can book a complimentary patch test. Extension clients who want a Korean lash lift must have their extensions removed first, though regular clients can often book the lift and tint the same day.

Lash L'Amour Academy, at the South Boston training center, offers lash courses approved by the Massachusetts Board of Cosmetology, including classic, volume, combo, Korean lash lift and brow lamination training. Courses include a training kit, and students who certify with the salon can return to observe classes. The academy is also licensed as an Advanced Training Center.

The Boston and Newton teams train together and work from the same service standards and formulas. The salon's stated priorities are professionalism, safety and sanitation, customization and client satisfaction.
