Lash extensions are the core of the menu. Classic sets place one mink or silk extension on each natural lash, while volume sets fan several extensions onto each natural lash for a fuller look. Hybrid sets, Spike or Wispy sets, and custom top and bottom sets are also offered, and the Mamacita and Top Tier sets layer three or four lash lengths together. New clients who have never had extensions start with a consultation of no more than 20 to 30 minutes, and a deposit may be required for lash extension appointments.

Extensions are expected to last up to four to six weeks. Fill-ins are recommended every two to three weeks and usually use 25 to 35 lashes per eye. Fills are booked 7 to 9 days after the original appointment for a one-week fill, 10 to 16 days for a two-week fill, and 17 to 21 days for a three-week fill. A full set is required if more than four weeks pass before a fill, and full price applies if a fill needs 40 or more lashes. Miracle Fills suit clients not yet ready for a new set, and Foreign Fills cover lashes applied by another technician.

Brow services include custom shaping, also called arching, threading, pencil enhancement, semi-permanent tinting that lasts 14 to 21 days, and lamination. Microblading creates a 2D look with natural, hair-like strokes, while microshading creates a 3D look with a shaded, ombre-style effect across the brow. Microblading results are described as lasting 18 to 24 months with touch-ups. A touch-up is usually booked about 10 days after the first session, with 16 to 21 days allowed for healing. Clients are asked to avoid Botox for 21 days and tanning or facials for 14 days before microblading.

The studio offers eyelash extension training, with a beginner classic course and a volume course, each priced at $450 and both days together at $775. Clients must read and sign forms sent by email before an appointment and should arrive with clean lashes and no mascara or oil-based eye products. The technician may decline service if natural lashes are damaged.
