Many prices are starting points, with extras for length and styling. Feed-ins and Island Twists add a charge for butt or knee length, and box braids can take add-ons for prestretched hair, larger sizes, longer lengths and zig zag or triangle parts. Crochet braids start at $125, and loose hair can be added for $50. For children, options include natural braids for kids under 10, feed-in braids for ages 8 and under, knotless braids, and a hair-added service for kids 3 and under.

Clients pay through the booking platform, and in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 can be paid over time with Buy Now, Pay Later, subject to approval before the appointment. Some services need a $25 deposit when booking. Squeeze-in appointments at $60 are for times outside the regular schedule. The shop is open Monday through Saturday, starting at 9 AM on weekdays and at 7 AM on Saturday, and closes at midnight. It is closed Sundays.
