Services are by appointment only, Monday through Saturday, with Sundays closed, and walk-ins are not accepted. Adult loc maintenance includes a retwist only option for $145, a retwist with style for $165, interlocking for $200 and starter locs for $300. Teen and kids loc work is priced separately, from $125 for a kids retwist with style to $200 for teen starter locs. Stitch braids for kids, teens and adults are $135 and $150, and stitch braiding does not add hair.

Wick services start with a required in-person consultation, which costs $25, is non-refundable and runs about 45 minutes to an hour. Starter wicks are $350, and the full wick maintenance service is $385 and includes an ACV detox, moisturizing shampoo, deep conditioning, a complimentary steam treatment, root clean-up and wick maintenance. The studio recommends the full service every six months.

Clients are asked to arrive with a clean scalp and product-free hair unless told otherwise, avoid oil or cream before loc and stitch braid appointments, and mention any scalp sensitivities, allergies or conditions before service. Loc and braid bookings take a $50 non-refundable deposit that goes toward the total, wick maintenance takes a $100 deposit, and the balance is paid at the end of the visit. Add-ons must be chosen at booking. Payment is taken through the online booking portal, Zelle or Apple Pay. A 15-minute grace period applies, and same-day cancellations need a new booking and a new deposit.

Students spend four hours in a hands-on session working on a live model. The course teaches three beginner loc styles, upkeep techniques, and the tools and products involved. Tuition is $350, and a $150 deposit reserves a seat. Graduates leave with a starter set: a comb for locs and precision parting, gel and oil for locs, a mist, a mousse, and clips. They also receive a Certificate of Completion.

The studio works through each service step by step, with pre-visit instructions and set booking rules so that loc, wick and braid appointments run as planned.
