Appointments are booked with a deposit that goes toward the total. Deposits are non-refundable and vary by service, from $20 for wig installation to $50 for several longer styles such as sew-ins, Boho island twists and small French curls. The remaining balance is paid in cash or through Cash App, though a few services have stricter payment rules.
Appointment lengths vary widely. Lash clusters take about 35 minutes, while the largest Boho island twist takes about 7.5 hours and small French curls take about 6.5 hours. Braid take down takes 45 minutes and does not include a wash or blow dry. For sleek ponytails, clients can bring their own hair or ask the business for help, and should arrive with their hair fully washed and blow dried.
