Women's haircuts are shaped to suit face shape, hair texture and daily styling, and the consultation includes looking at the hair dry before cutting. Cuts range from long layers and bobs to shags, pixies, curtain bangs and fringe, and the salon suggests a trim every six to eight weeks. Men's haircuts cover classic cuts, modern tapers, fades, side parts, executive contours, textured crops and longer styles, with beard trims and shape ups that can be blended into a cut. Blowouts and styling cover events, weddings, bridal trials and updos, and are also offered for extension clients. Balayage is hand painted without foils and customized to each client's base color, skin tone and contrast, and clients typically return every three to four months for a touch up. Hair extensions are offered by tape-in, hand-tied wefts, clip-in and fusion methods, each color matched to the client's shade. Consultations for extensions are complimentary, and extensions generally need a move-up every six to ten weeks. The skin care menu includes European facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, teen facials for ages 13 and up, gentlemen's facials and specialty treatments such as lifting and collagen treatments. Licensed estheticians analyze each client's skin and build a plan around their concerns, and facials are commonly booked every four to six weeks. Nail services include spa manicures and pedicures, and gel polish is offered for two to three weeks of wear. Waxing covers brows, lip, chin, full face, underarms, arms, legs, bikini and back, using professional-grade wax with fresh sticks and strips for each service.

New clients begin with a complimentary consultation with no obligation. Appointments are recommended, and walk-ins are welcome when the schedule allows. Same-day openings are often available on weekdays by calling the salon at (973) 379-8300, while Thursday evenings and Saturdays fill fastest. Color, balayage and highlight appointments should be booked at least a few days ahead. The salon is open Tuesday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Thursday from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM, Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Pricing is available upon request. The salon says it uses sanitized tools for every client and resets the work area for each appointment.
