Find the salon in the second building on the left in Kifer Commerce Park, past Costco. It spans two floors, and parking is free in its lot. It is open until 7pm, though many stylists take their final appointment at 5pm. New guests fill out a questionnaire and text the salon before booking, and can reserve up to 12 weeks out; after a first visit, guests can book as far as a year ahead. Online booking is limited to existing guests. Haircuts are done on fully dry hair in its natural texture, so guests should arrive without ponytails, buns or flat-ironed hair. A card is required to reserve, but it is charged only for late cancellations or no-shows. Changes made with under 48 hours' notice may incur a charge of 50% of the service, and no-shows may be charged the full amount. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may lead to a shortened or canceled appointment. Children under 12 need an adult present unless the salon has approved otherwise, and extra guests need prior approval. A $3 ECO fee applies to each visit. Prices vary by stylist level, hair length, density and time, and the salon keeps a price guide that it updates each year.

For weddings and events, the salon travels across the Bay Area, from Monterey to Napa Valley, including San Jose, Sunnyvale, Palo Alto and Santa Clara. Local destination services carry a flat travel fee of $200 or more, and wedding parties pay $50 or more for each associate beyond two. Services longer than four hours are handled by a team of stylists. Reserving a wedding date takes a 50% non-refundable deposit by cash, check or charge, and destination weddings cover airfare, lodging and transportation. Wedding service prices may fluctuate. Bridal and event work takes place in a private lit space at the salon.
