The salon is open Monday through Thursday from 11 AM to 7 PM and on Saturday from 8:30 AM to 4 PM, and it is closed on Fridays and Sundays. Most consultations are $15, while a general consultation is free. A strand test during a consultation carries a $50 non-refundable charge that is applied to the final total. Extension work requires a phone or in-person consultation first, and extension orders need a deposit of 50% of the hair price along with a prior consultation.

Deposits apply to some services: $150 for new clients booking vivid color, $100 for new clients booking full highlights, global lightening or Keratin Complex Smoothing, and $50 for the Keratin Complex Express Blowout. Cancellations within 24 hours of an appointment are charged 50%, and no-shows are charged the full fee. Each visit allows one guest, and a parent or guardian may accompany children 18 or younger. Sales tax of 7.5% is added at checkout, and a travel fee of $125 or more applies for up to 50 miles, plus $20 for each additional 30 miles.

The team says it takes multiple classes a year, taught by stylists it considers among the most skilled in the field, to stay current on trends, training and products. Product lines are used in the studio and sold through an online retail store.
