Head spa sessions focus on the scalp, head and neck, drawing on Japanese head massage techniques. A typical session moves through a slow shampoo, scalp massage, steam with a circular water spray, a hair mask and an upper-body massage, then a rinse and a mini blow-dry. Guests can choose an essential oil from tea tree, eucalyptus, lavender, peppermint, lemongrass or sweet orange. The studio is known for its signature ASMR scalp shampoo massage.

Rooms come in three styles: solitary private suites, dual suites for two people, and communal group rooms for three or more. Each room has wide shampoo stations and heated pads for the back and shoulders. Friends can book sessions together at the same time, and men and women are both welcome.

The facial menu includes oxygen, acne clarifying, glow hydration, age-defying, microdermabrasion, chemical peel, back and dermaplaning services. Bespoke facials begin with a consultation and a customized plan. Plasma fibroblast and facial sessions are also offered, with details given by the esthetician on request. Gift certificates can be bought online or in studio and used for head spa treatments, facials or curated products.

Appointments are required, and guests are asked to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early. Changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours notice, and later changes are treated as no-shows, which may carry a $50 fee that can be waived in emergencies. If the salon cancels with less than 24 hours notice, no fee applies. Head spa treatments are not suitable for braids or other protective styles because they require direct scalp access. Head spa pricing assumes shoulder-length hair, and an extra $10 may apply depending on hair type and length. Groups of four or more are asked to notify the studio in advance.
