Cuts are fitted to each client's face shape, hair type and daily routine, with a range from sleek modern pixies to textured short cuts and wearable longer shapes. Pixies and short hair are a specialty, led by Frank. Cut on its own does not include a blow-dry, so clients who want a finished look can book Cut and Style as one visit or a separate Style appointment.

Color is planned around each client's goals, hair health and how much maintenance they want between visits. Every color service begins with a consultation, and David leads color work including balayage, highlights and dimensional color. Prices are set by each stylist, and clients are quoted before services begin. Dollar prices are not published online because quotes depend on hair length, density, current color and the result they want.

The salon is appointment only, including for last-minute blow-dries. It also carries its own haircare line for maintenance at home between visits.
