David is a co-owner and color specialist who leads color at the salon, including balayage, highlights and dimensional color. He co-founded David Frank Salon with Frank in 2012.
Before moving to Arizona, he worked with Carlton Hair in Orange County. He then spent twelve years at Elizabeth Arden at Biltmore Fashion Park, starting in 2000, alongside Frank.
