Every visit starts with a free consultation. The injector looks at the face at rest and in motion, discusses goals, and only then decides on products. Plans are built around facial structure first and fine detail second, and the injector may recommend against a treatment if another option suits the client better.

The menu is grouped into four areas: neurotoxins for dynamic lines and brow and jaw concerns, dermal fillers for the cheeks, chin, jawline, lips and under-eye area, Sculptra for volume and skin quality, and facial balancing plans that combine several products across the face. Neurotoxin treatment is usually started at a lower dose, and the injector may advise waiting for patients in their 20s.

Facial balancing looks at the face in areas and proportions rather than as a set of single features. These plans can run across two or three visits over several months. The business describes the aim of these plans as the Golden Ratio of beauty.

The business is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm and Saturday from 9am to 3pm.
