Elixir Medical Spa was started by a group of aesthetic professionals who wanted a customized, patient-centered approach to wellness. The stated aim is personalized aesthetic solutions for a refreshed look, with treatment plans built around each client rather than a fixed menu.

The main location is at 8734 E. Shea Blvd., Suite #136, inside The Beauty District. Facials, injectables, weight loss consultations and the membership program are offered there. Clear + Brilliant laser treatments are performed at the second location, 11000 N. Scottsdale Rd., Suite #160, through a partnership with Skindale Medspa. Skin care appointments are booked through a separate provider, Glow Up Aesthetics, in Suite 137 next door.

Facials range from a custom facial and Diamond Glow to dermaplaning combined with Diamond Glow, an acne-focused treatment, a glow-focused treatment, chemical peels and SkinPen microneedling. The first facial includes a skin analysis, and facials are generally recommended every four to six weeks. A monthly facial feature is also offered, priced per month.

Injectable services include Botox, Xeomin, Dysport and Jeuveau for wrinkle relaxing, and a range of dermal fillers for areas such as the cheeks, lips, under-eyes, nasolabial folds, chin, jawline, temples, forehead and hands. Filler appointments usually take about 30 minutes with no downtime. Potion Packages pair Tox with fillers for smoothing, volume and contouring. A complimentary filler consultation is offered.

Weight loss is described as a medically supervised program, with plans customized by the team. Options include semaglutide, tirzepatide, B12 shots, and four-week and twelve-week programs. A weight loss consultation is required before starting, and treatments can be combined with other services. Laser options include IPL sun spot removal, the Clear + Brilliant fractional treatment, IPL photofacials, ResurFX and laser hair removal on the Cynosure Apogee Elite system. Brow and nose waxing are also available.

The studio is closed Monday through Wednesday. It is open Thursday and Friday from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Booking is by phone at (602) 613-1111.
