To find the studio, enter through the gate beside the jewelry shop, take the elevator to the top floor, and turn right toward the stairs; the rooftop is not the entrance. Hands are washed with soap and water before and after each appointment, gloves are worn during services, and tools are sterilized in a hospital-grade autoclave.
The sculpted gel manicure shapes and strengthens natural nails with hard gel, without tips. The Russian manicure uses an e-file to refine the cuticle area and gel polish placed close to the nail bed, and it typically lasts three to five weeks. The Gel Manicure is 60 minutes and is recommended for short nails. Every manicure includes a deep cuticle cleaning, a hand massage and a warm towel finish.
Extensions include Gel-X, a soft gel system using pre-shaped full-cover tips over the natural nails, and Hard Gel Extensions, which are sculpted on a form and adhered to the natural nails rather than tipped. Extensions from another salon need a consultation first, as they may need removal before a new set. Nail art is priced in four levels by time, complexity and materials, and a Super Level design is built with the client, sometimes from several inspiration photos. Clients can email or text design images ahead of time to get a price.
Most services require a $30 deposit and Hard Gel Extensions require $50. A credit card is needed to secure appointments online, and gift cards cannot be used for booking. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Cancelling more than 48 hours ahead is not charged, while changes inside 48 hours forfeit the deposit and changes inside 24 hours are charged the full service fee. Arriving 20 minutes late means the appointment is turned away and charged in full. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 or a custom amount, and sales are final.
