Every hair service begins with a thorough consultation, followed by shampoo and conditioning, and all haircuts finish with a professional blow-dry. Walk-ins are booked when a stylist is free, and new or walk-in clients pay a $50 deposit that goes toward the service. Stylists set their own prices, so costs can differ by stylist and by the work needed, and the salon notes that hair texture, length, density and finishing style also affect the price.

The menu runs from root touch-ups and all-over color through partial and full highlights, with color corrections priced after a consultation. Straightening treatments, including keratin and Brazilian blowouts, start at $300, and updos and extensions are quoted after a consultation. Complimentary bang and neck trims are offered between scheduled appointments, and children's cuts are charged the same as a regular service.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours ahead are eligible for a deposit refund, while later cancellations forfeit the deposit except in emergencies. Some stylists require a non-refundable deposit for hair services, and the salon reserves the right to decline service to any client. Hours are Monday 10 to 5, Tuesday 10 to 7, Wednesday 9 to 7, Thursday 10 to 9, Friday 9 to 7, Saturday 9 to 5 and Sunday 10 to 4, though these can change.

The salon carries several product lines, including RŌZ, Kevin Murphy, Davines and R+Co, along with a Color Me Blonde collection for keeping blonde color and a Waves and Curls collection. Jessica Rose gift box bundles are also sold. Products are available in store and through the online store, and unused products may be returned by contacting the salon.
