Visits begin with a thorough skin analysis. Daniela then sets up a home care routine with product recommendations, and clients use it for six weeks before a first facial. Facials cover deep pore cleansing with fruit enzyme and AHA exfoliation, extraction of more stubborn blackheads and breakouts, and a treatment mask. A separate rosacea facial uses gentle cleansing and calming botanicals. Zit Zap is a short 15-minute treatment for one or two blemishes, available only to existing clients.

Eval by Email is the studio's remote option, for clients outside Chicago as well as local ones. The Adult Acne Clearing Program starts with a detailed analysis, includes a Try-Me packet and monthly email check-ins on progress. The Online Skincare Consultation includes a full analysis by email, a complimentary Try-Me packet sent by first class mail and ongoing coaching, and the Lite program is a shorter version with product bundles and limited coaching. The studio says the analysis is written by Daniela herself rather than generated by a computer program.

The studio also sells its own skincare line, which Daniela makes in part by hand, alongside the Mark Lees Skin Care line. Clients with ongoing needs can get help after a break, after switching to outside products, or while on prescription acne medication, with fees for those check-ins. Facials are not given while a client is under a doctor's care for acne, and the studio does not advise on prescription medication.

Daniela starts with a comprehensive skin analysis, then builds a home routine with product recommendations and a six-week period of use before the first facial.
