Services start with a consultation. A free 20-minute consultation is offered, and the signature haircut and style, custom blonding and grey blending services include one as part of the visit. Appointments range from a 10-minute brow wax to a 240-minute grey blending session. Several prices are starting points because the work depends on the hair, and the Haircut Add-On is only offered when added to an a la carte color service.
The salon is open Tuesday through Thursday from 9 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM, and is closed Monday, Friday and Sunday.
Cancellations and reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice. Changes made with less notice, or a missed appointment, carry a fee of half the scheduled service total, which must be paid before future appointments can be booked.
