The salon's signature service is a hair refinement technique called the Spooling Method. It is aimed at visible split and frayed ends and is designed to keep as much length as possible. Precision cuts are shaped around face shape, hair texture, density and lifestyle, and the appointment includes a consultation, shampoo and blow-dry.
Color work uses Schwarzkopf professional color for root touch-ups, gray blending, all-over color and dimensional placement. Gray blending softens gray rather than fully covering it. Highlights, balayage, glosses and toners are also offered. Color correction is priced at $150 per hour and is used for unwanted tones, banding, uneven color and earlier artificial color; it may take several appointments and an estimated total of about four hours.
Extension services start with an IBE consultation, in person or by video, that covers hair history, goals, color match and an extension plan. Custom extension hair requires a $500 non-refundable retainer before it is ordered, and extension hair is non-refundable once ordered. Full-row installation is $250 per row, with mini rows priced separately. Bridal hair, bridal trials, styling for bridal parties by custom proposal, and special-occasion styling are also available.
Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Clients who need to cancel are asked to contact the salon as soon as possible so the appointment can be rescheduled.
