The service menu runs from blow dries and haircuts through to multi-hour color appointments. Some color services include bond builder, toner, lightener and styling in the price, while extra products, treatments and cuts are charged separately. Appointment lengths are listed for each service, so clients can plan their visit.

Clients are asked to arrive with hair washed the night before and fully dry, and no guests are allowed to accompany them. Arriving with wet hair means an extra charge for drying before the service. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice to avoid a fee of 30% of the scheduled services, and there is a 10-minute grace period before a late arrival counts as a no-show. In an emergency or illness, the fee is credited toward a rescheduled appointment within two weeks.
