The studio's approach centers on intentional work and close attention to detail. Its menu covers full sets and fills, a Korean lash lift that works on natural lashes without extensions, and brow threading, mapping and lamination.
Visits begin with a non-refundable deposit sent within 24 hours of booking, or the appointment is cancelled automatically. Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes, free of makeup, oils or residue. Arriving 15 or more minutes late may mean rescheduling and forfeiting the deposit. Reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice to move the deposit, and cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours are charged in full.
Fills depend on how many lashes remain. A fill requires at least 40% retention at the appointment, and a new full set is needed if less than 30% of extensions are left. Fills beyond 21 days are treated as a new set. The studio does not work over another artist's extensions; a removal and a fresh full set are required in that case.
The studio also offers lash training: Intro to Lashing (one day), Signature Wispies (one day) and Master Class (two days). A $250 course deposit is non-refundable and applies toward tuition, with the balance due by the first day of class.
Work is intentional and detail-focused, with thoughtful design and strong retention prioritized over following trends.
