AP Lash Artistry is located in Suite 900 at 1415 State Street in Richardson. The studio is open Tuesday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM and on Saturdays from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and it is closed Sundays and Mondays.

The Korean lash lift with tint takes about 90 minutes and lifts and defines natural lashes. The business says lift results typically last about six to eight weeks. Extensions can be added to that appointment for extra length or fullness, or clients can book the Korean lash lift with custom extensions, a 150-minute appointment that also includes a tint. For a full set, the Supernatural Lash Set is a 150-minute appointment for length, definition, balance and subtle fullness. A Half Lash Set takes 90 minutes and gives softer length and definition; because its coverage is lighter, fills may be needed sooner to keep the look.

Lash fills are for keeping extensions in place as natural lashes shed and grow, and take 45 minutes or more. A fill needs at least 50 percent lash retention; with less retention or heavy outgrowth, a full set may be recommended instead. Existing sets with good retention can get a quick mini fill, booked within 7 days of the previous visit. Clients who previously had a Korean lash lift with wispy extensions can book a K-Lift Extension Refresh 14 to 17 days after their last appointment. Lash removal with a lash bath, which clears oils, debris and buildup, takes 30 minutes.

Booking runs on a few set policies. New clients pay a deposit, $30 for lifts with extensions, Supernatural and Half Lash Sets, and $15 for removal. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment is free; after that, a charge of 50 percent of the service price applies, as does the same charge for a no-call, no-show. Service transactions are final and no refunds are offered. Lash issues should be reported within 72 hours of the last appointment, and a complimentary touch-up or removal is scheduled if needed. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards are sold on the business website, and the portfolio page shows Korean lash lifts and Supernatural sets.

The studio also offers one-on-one trainings, mentorships and masterclasses, with a limited number of spots each month. A deposit of 50 percent of tuition holds a training date, the remaining balance is due two weeks before class, and training payments are non-refundable.
