Every service on the menu is a hair service, and the studio lists its prices and approximate durations for each one, from a $90 shampoo and style to a $210 relaxer and cut combination.
Services range from a signature shampoo and style and a Silver Reset for gray-toned hair, to pixie work such as pixie curls, edge restoration for grown-out pixies, and pixie cuts with natural hair. Relaxer services include a full relaxer with style and a virgin relaxer with precision cut and rinse. Longer options include a silk press service, and weave services (Classic Circle Weave and Quickweave) are also offered.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to book, and it is credited against the full cost of the service. A booking stays unconfirmed until that deposit arrives. Arriving more than 30 minutes late may lead to the appointment being moved, and if the lateness makes rescheduling necessary, the deposit is lost. Clients who do not show up forfeit the deposit, and later bookings may need to be paid in full in advance. The remaining balance can be settled by credit or debit card, cash, or digital payment where that option is available.
Clients must come alone. Children, additional guests and animals are not permitted. Medic Mondays is a five-hour service for women experiencing hair loss and is closed to the public.
Services are built around short and pixie-length hair and use the studio's own Dakota Pinnk product line.
