The room has vintage decor and music chosen by hand, moving from soul classics to Afro beats. Guests can have wine poured from a signature wine cart. The salon hosts skincare pop-ups, art classes and book club discussions, supports local artists and provides space for small businesses.

The hair menu is broad. Natural hair work includes rod sets, fingercoils, straw sets and natural hairstyles, with pricing that rises with length and intricacy. Protective styles include several crochet installs, glue-in extensions and sew-ins. Relaxers, So Straight treatments and silk presses are offered, along with demi-permanent and full color, color touch-ups and correction, precision, layered, pixie and tapered cuts, and a range of scalp and hair treatments.

Clients can book online at any time through the salon's Booksy listing. Hours are Tuesday 11 AM to 7 PM, Wednesday to Friday 9 AM to 7 PM and Saturday 7:30 AM to 3 PM, and the salon is closed Sunday and Monday. Tools are disinfected between clients. Credit cards are accepted, and gift cards and service packages are sold. Parking, Wi-Fi and accessibility for people with disabilities are available.
