The loc menu is detailed and covers the whole process. It includes retwists with or without shampoo and styling, shampoo retwist and style for children, teens and college students, three-month retwists, Sisterlock retie, loc reattachment that joins one human hair loc to another, and per-loc repair. LocDetox is a 30-minute soak with a natural cleansant. Adult and kiddie loc starts require a consultation first.
Clients can call or text (773) 217-3358 to book. Deposits are non-refundable unless the salon cancels, and a booking request is removed if no deposit arrives within 2 business days. Payment is due at the end of the service, though clients can pay ahead, and most payment forms are accepted. Cancellations made within 4 hours of the appointment are charged 40% of the full service price. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for approved bookings from $50 to $4,000. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
