The menu is built around protective styles. Braid work includes stitch braids, knotless braids, tribal and Fulani braids, French curl knotless braids, island twists and Marley twists, with touch-ups offered for styles the studio installed itself. Kids can book kids natural styles, kids stitch braids, individual styles and kids extensions, and children ages 5 to 9 are accepted. Loc services cover starter locs, soft and boho soft locs, loc extensions, routine maintenance, a loc detox that removes residue and buildup, and loc shampoo. Hair care options include steam treatments, deep conditioning, trims, and a natural hair treatment that includes shampoo, blow dry and styling without hot tools.

Clients should note a few booking rules. Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment carry a 20% fee charged to the card on file, and an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled if the client arrives more than 15 minutes late. Hair must be fully taken down before a service begins or a take-down fee applies. Natural hair colors are provided, and colored hair must be added on. Some services, including the natural hair treatment and soft locs, require a deposit. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 and is subject to approval before the appointment. Hours are Monday and Friday 10 AM to 5 PM, Tuesday 11 AM to 5 PM, Wednesday and Thursday with later hours until 7 PM, and the studio is closed on weekends.
