Consultations for cut, color and extensions are complimentary. Blow-drying is included after most services unless otherwise noted, and prices may change with the time, product and work a client's hair needs. Clients are asked to arrive at least ten minutes early, since late arrivals may receive a shortened service or a rescheduled appointment. Cancellations with less notice than required are charged the full scheduled service, and an 18% gratuity is added to packages, bridal parties and group bookings. Redos can be booked within seven days of the original service, usually with the same stylist. Payment is by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, salon gift card or cash, with personal checks accepted from existing clients only. American Express is not accepted.

Oribe and Kerastase are the product partners. Bridal hair, bridal blow-dry and bridal make-up are offered by consultation, and the salon says its staff have more than ten years of combined bridal hair and make-up experience. A color robe is provided for color, straightening and cutting services. The salon also runs an apprenticeship in cut and color for licensed cosmetologists, taught by a senior D&O artist, and accepts model program applications by email.

Services are tailored to each client's hair and needs, and the team also invests in training for licensed cosmetologists.
