Eyelash extensions are the core of the menu. Options include a natural classic set with single lashes for an everyday look, a hybrid set that blends classic and volume extensions, full volume sets, and Mega Volume for a denser, more dramatic effect. Bottom lash extensions and Party Flare Lashes, which are lifted clusters meant for short-term wear, are also offered. Each set is applied individually and fitted to the client's eye shape, color and design. The extensions are made of lightweight silk fibers attached with a protein bond. The business says sets can last six to eight weeks with proper care, and recommends a touch-up every two to three weeks.

The studio also offers facials, including lash facials, along with skincare services and massage. Clients can buy retail products on site, including the lash wash used in aftercare, lash kits, brow and eyeliner products, and extensions.

Visits are by appointment only. Parking is available in the building garage, which is reached from La Jolla Alleyway. Aftercare guidance says lashes are ready to get wet about eight hours after application, that the eyes should be cleansed daily with the studio's lash wash, and that oil-based products should be kept away from the lashes.
