Dionne Phillips

Dionne Phillips founded D'Lashes Lash & Wellness Spa in 2005 and serves as its CEO. She is a licensed esthetician and is known as a celebrity makeup artist and celebrity lash expert. Early in her career she worked with famous clients such as Lindsay Lohan, Naomi Campbell and Victoria Beckham, and in 2012 she launched a signature line of luxury lash products. She has worked in the lash industry for over two decades. Clients include Christina Aguilera, Serena Williams, Mary J. Blige, Sandra Oh and Victoria Beckham. She helped pioneer lash extensions for Hollywood's A-list. Outlets including Vogue, InStyle, Allure, Redbook and Good Morning America have featured her work, and the Louis Vuitton City Guide named her a must-visit. Her known strengths are custom lash designs, natural-looking extensions and VIP treatments.
