Children's haircuts are a large part of the menu. A kid's cut for children under 15 includes a wash, cut and blow dry, and young clients can choose a show on YouTube Kids or play one PlayStation or Nintendo game during the appointment. A baby's first haircut includes the cut, a blow dry, a lock of hair, a certificate and a Polaroid picture. Service member haircuts are booked by appointment and cut to regulation.

For styling, there is a silk press done without chemicals, a signature blow out in a choice of sleek and straight, bouncy and voluminous, or soft beachy waves, and a wash and style. Detangling is for knots that are hard to remove and includes a scalp shampoo. Color options include toner or gloss, mini, partial and full highlights, root touch-ups and all-over color, with the highlights built on foils. Detangling appointments running past one hour are charged as another detangling service.

Free 30-minute color and detangling consultations let clients talk through their hair goals before booking, and clients may bring photos. Extensions require a consultation before service, with installation priced at $100 per row. Facial waxing covers eyebrows, lip or chin, starting at $15, with an extra $5 for multiple areas.
