The business runs as a private salon suite rather than an open floor, so each appointment takes place in a quiet, dedicated space. The suite is set up for personal care and relaxation, and clients are seen one at a time.

Hours are Monday through Friday from 10:30 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 8 AM to 7 PM. A service deposit is taken at booking and deducted from the total at checkout. Cards, Visa, Apple Pay, Zelle, and cash are accepted, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice. Shorter-notice cancellations may be charged a 55% service fee, and no-shows may be charged the full scheduled service. A valid credit card is held at booking for these fees, and repeated late cancellations or no-shows require a full deposit for future bookings. Cancellations sent by email, text, or social media are not accepted, so urgent changes go through a phone call to the salon.

Haircuts cover short styles, medium and long cuts, and children's cuts. Each cut includes a consultation, precision cutting, styling, and advice for care at home. Other offerings include hair styling options, braided ponytails, braid and boho styles, silk press and curl straightening with a scalp massage, and clip-in extension installation with the extension hair supplied separately. First-time extension clients are asked to have a consultation.

Scalp and hair treatments are a focus. Red light scalp therapy pairs low-level red light with a hand massage, and the salon also offers customized scalp and hair treatments for dryness, damage, scalp concerns, and breakage. Scalp Escape is a 30- or 60-minute sensory session with hair brushing, scalp massage, music, and a coffee or tea, with no chemicals, shampoo, or blow-dry. The salon also offers a longer relaxation package that combines red light therapy, a customized scalp treatment, a blow-dry, and quiet time. On-site beauty services for special occasions and bridal or party groups are available, with travel fees that depend on distance.

Memberships and gift cards are also offered. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom value and are final sale.
