The salon says its goal is for every guest to feel cared for, welcomed and relaxed, and it names superior service as a core promise. Before booking some services, a free 30-minute consultation is offered, and it is required for hair extension removal, tap-in extensions, keratin extensions and color correction.
The menu covers hair cutting and styling, from kids' cuts and women's haircuts with blowouts to color, toner, root touch-ups and full highlights or balayage. Extension services include keratin extensions and tap-in extensions, along with extension removal. Color-related options include Airtouch, Total Blonde and a Tone Down service for softening overly highlighted hair.
Beyond hair, the salon offers brow shaping, tinting and lamination, lash tinting and lash lifts, which can be booked alone or combined with brow work. Waxing covers the upper lip, chin, nose and cheeks, and blowout packages are available for a fuller styling session. Gift cards can be bought on the website, and balances can be checked there.
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without charge. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50% of the service price, and deposits and services are non-refundable. Blowouts booked before 9:00 am carry an additional early service fee of $30 to $40.
