Visits are by appointment only. Chemical services begin with a personalized consultation, and first-time clients must book that consultation before any treatment. The salon says each appointment receives full, unhurried attention. Hair extensions are available after a consultation, and house calls are offered when the schedule allows.

Cuts include a specialized curly haircut with a thorough wash and a natural styling session, medium and shoulder-length cuts that fall at or slightly below the shoulders with layers shaped to each client's curl type (suited to curl types 2C through 4B), and children's curly cuts such as bouncy bobs, layered cuts and soft pixies. Men's curly cuts use curl-by-curl shaping and controlled tapering. Trims are recommended every six to eight weeks for children's curly hair.

Highlights take about two hours. Treatments range from a short scalp scrub to hair masks, steam treatments and the B3 bond-building service, which can be paired with LED light therapy.

Coloring uses curl-safe, low-ammonia formulas with strategic foil placement, and bond-building treatments support strength. Chemical services are preceded by a personalized consultation, and each appointment is given full, unhurried attention.
