The salon serves all hair types and textures from a brick building on the corner of 2nd and A Street.

New clients contact the salon to set up a complimentary consultation, which can be in person or virtual and lasts 15 minutes. Online booking is for existing clients. Walk-ins are accepted, though booking ahead is recommended. Clients are asked to arrive with their hair already detangled. Payment is by cash, credit or debit card, or Venmo; checks are not accepted.

Curltology Academy offers personalized 25-minute sessions on hair care, styling, makeup and skincare for 400 US dollars, along with monthly group lessons. The salon also carries an extension range of hand-tied wefts, volume wefts, units or wigs, clip-ins and tape-ins, in lengths from 10 to 40 inches, over a dozen textures and more than 40 shades.
